Not only is the dough just the right amount of chewiness, airiness, and saltiness, the cheeses were fresh and flavorful. The arancini and lemon tiramisu were great as well. The outdoor tables are under a gorgeous lemon pergola. The atmosphere is casual, but upscale. It's a great outdoor space for large party celebrations. Be aware, the lemons do fall off and can land on your table (or head!) ”

Yes, you have to go up some stairs on a side alley, or through a tunnel passageway and up some stairs to find Donna Stella- but you are rewarded with a romantic, shaded, beautiful seating area under the lemon trees which are supported overhead by Terrace work... The pizza is wonderful... it seems to be made with more care and love than the typical establishment catering to tourists... My American taste buds still were wishing for a bit more basil and oregano and flavor in the sauce... nevertheless - it was a wonderful dinner experience and i wish i could go back again and again. ”
